What is also great about high-concept indie films is the ability to think outside the box. We have noticed so many films seem similar in Hollywood and when we have ventured to watch non-studios films from outside the states they seem to have more diversity in and an ability to create scenes and sequences that are unique and outside the box of STANDARD Hollywood industry  films in the states.
